Now they are building a barndominium for us. We are in the middle of the project, but it’s going very well. For us, communication is so important, and they keep us updated every step of this project. I looked around for quite a while for a builder that would build the home that I wanted instead of a plan out of a book. There are a number of selections and decisions that needed to be made for a custom home but with Larry’s help it all went smooth. The situation was devastating but the collaboration with Chad Setters at TMCH made a difficult time much easier. Chad’s attention to detail is outstanding and he produces exceptional results. He is professional, proactive, and he goes above and beyond to provide his clients with continuous updates. Chad is perfectionist and he makes sure that every aspect of job is carried out to the highest standards. He is a man of his word…when he says that he will do something, consider it done. When the rebuilding of our home was completed, the results were beyond our expectations. Our home looks better than it did prior to the fire. The custom work from Chad and his crew has taken our home to another level. I have built five homes in my lifetime, and the experience with Tailor Made Custom Homes and Chad Setters was by far the BEST!
